Return
You may return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the returnee. Please contact hi@millefamily.co to proceed with return.
The returned item must not show any signs of use and must have the original tags and packaging. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. We do not accept returns sent via Poczta Polska. Please keep your proof of postage.
Refund
Once your refund is approved, it may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account. Typically, the process is finalized the next day. Refunds are made using the same method as payment for the order.
Exchange
Our store supports exchanges by returning products that do not fit. Send them back within 14 days of receiving the package. Then place a new order to ensure your selected items don't sell out.
Delivery time
Products in stock are shipped the next business day.
Made-to-order items have a specified shipping time in business days. Your order will be shipped once all items have been completed. During peak season (October-December), this time may be longer.
Delivery time within Poland is typically 1 business day. Outside Poland, it takes 5 to 7 business days. Parcel delivery times are approximate and depend solely on the carrier.

FedEx courier outside the EU - PLN 59
Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any additional fees, such as customs duties and local taxes. We have no control over these fees and are not responsible for them.
Secure payments
You can pay for your purchases in our store by credit card or PayPal.
Complaint
You can file a complaint about a defective product. Complete the complaint form and send it by email to hi@millefamily.co along with photos and a description of the discrepancy.
Packaging
We try to reuse boxes to ship orders. We don't use tissue paper and don't include printed receipts.
Made to order
Products personalized or made to customer specifications are not subject to return or exchange.
